"It's not about the war but the warrior"!!!"

My friend Callie sent me that quote, I love it! Today is session 3. The past session took me longer to get over so I have only had about one good week. In that week I didn't want to miss a beat and tried to take advantage of every moment of every day. Sometimes this leads me to do way too much, but I am also very "picky" at what I spend my time on. I mostly just try to spend time with the kids and Mike knowing that I will be on the couch again soon and not feeling like doing much. I HATE how this strips my time, but I am grateful for the perspective that it is only for a short season.

  5. I was watching the Country Music Awards when I heard that quote. On the stage was a Marine in a wheel chair with no legs. The quote was his, and he wanted everyone to know that its not about the war but the warrior!! I thought about you and its the same....its not about the cancer but the person fighting it. I'm glad you liked it.

  6. You are very brave and we know you can do this. Remember what Heavenly Father told Joseph Smith when he was in the Jail" Time will go fast and in a moment it will be over. Your Family is worth the fight. We are all on your side.
